(for dehydration with low fluid intake)

Selection criteria

All products below meet all of the following:

  • Low-dose electrolytes only
    (primarily sodium, with small amounts of potassium)

  • No sugar or ≤2 g sugar per serving

  • No stimulants (no caffeine, guarana, yerba mate)

  • No performance blends or “hydration complexes”

  • Clear, verifiable labelling

  • Suitable for occasional use, not daily dependence

How to use

  • Prerequisite: Increase plain fluid intake first

  • Use only if:
    – urine remains dark, or
    – headaches / afternoon fog persist despite fluids

  • Dose: 1 low-dose serving diluted in water

  • Timing: Earlier in the day or around heavy sweating

Do not use electrolytes to replace regular water intake.

All products below are functionally equivalent when sodium dose and sugar content are matched.
