(primarily sodium, with small amounts of potassium)No sugar or ≤2 g sugar per serving
No stimulants (no caffeine, guarana, yerba mate)
No performance blends or “hydration complexes”
Clear, verifiable labelling
Suitable for occasional use, not daily dependence
How to use
Prerequisite: Increase plain fluid intake first
Use only if:
– urine remains dark, or
– headaches / afternoon fog persist despite fluidsDose: 1 low-dose serving diluted in water
Timing: Earlier in the day or around heavy sweating
Do not use electrolytes to replace regular water intake.
