Selection criteria

  • Elemental magnesium clearly stated

  • No blends (no glycinate, oxide, malate, etc.)

  • No added vitamins, herbs, or laxative stimulants

  • Unflavoured

  • Suitable for low, controlled dosing

How to use

  • Start: 100–150 mg elemental magnesium per day

  • Typical range: 150–300 mg per day

  • Do not exceed: 350 mg per day from supplements

Take with food or water.
