Selection criteria

All products below meet all of the following:

  • Form: glycinate or threonate

  • Elemental magnesium: 100-200 mg per serving

  • No added sedatives, herbs, or blends

  • Clear, verifiable labelling

How to use

  • Dose: 100-200 mg elemental magnesium

  • Timing: 30-60 minutes before bed

  • Do not exceed: 300-350 mg per day from all sources
