How to use
Start: 10–15 g protein per serving
Timing: Between meals or alongside low-protein meals
Spacing: Separate from fibre-heavy meals if bloating occurs
Daily target: 1.2–1.6 g protein per kg bodyweight per day (from all sources)
Avoid >25 g per serving if bloating or early fullness occurs.
