Selection criteria

All products below meet all of the following:

  • Single-ingredient fibre only (psyllium husk preferred)

  • No blends (no inulin, FOS, resistant starch, or mixed fibres)

  • No sweeteners, flavours, or additives

  • Clear, verifiable labelling

  • Suitable for very small starting doses

How to use

  • Start: 2–3 g fibre per day

  • Increase slowly: over several days if tolerated

  • Typical range: 3–5 g per day

  • Do not exceed: 7 g per day

Always take with adequate water.
